When we think of rare ores in Minecraft, we most likely think of diamonds. But actually, redstone is almost just as hard to find… Here are a few pictures of my mine ‘evolving’ and generally being improved as I continued the mad rush for diamonds!! They also show you just what it took me to find 2 blocks of red stone, but no diamonds. (A few broken pickaxes and over an hour, to be exact).

Oh, and with this also comes a useful tip – When mining for diamonds, remember that it usually takes ages just to find 1 block of it! So be prepared to give a lot of your time… as well as many pickaxes! AND NEVER DIG STRAIGHT DOWN!!

I have noticed you don’t monetize your site, don’t waste your traffic, you can earn additional
bucks every month because you’ve got high quality content.
If you want to know how to make extra $$$, search for:

Thanks, seems useful… but I wont monetize my site just yet! It’s still small and developing with not much traffic, but thanks for the advise.

I’ll try and post some more stuff to do with redstone – maybe some redstone machines 😉
But for now I’m going to do the ‘Server of the Month’ post and 1 or 2 others… soon!
